Helping IT Students in Ukraine

Peace to you!

My name is Evgeny Golopotylyuk. I am a 5th year student of ONPU, head of the Digital Agency BeSale, a participant in startup projects and student activities.

As of today (03/07/2022), the territory of Ukraine has been attacked by the Russian aggressor, several thousand citizens of Ukraine have already died and been injured. About 70% of Ukrainians have lost their jobs. The infrastructure of some areas is undermined and cannot be restored in the near future.

More than 1.5 million people have already left the borders of Ukraine, saving their lives from the barbarism and violence of the aggressor.

Volunteers from neighboring countries promptly help refugees from Ukraine with accommodation, food, legal advice and moral support. Our team expresses great gratitude for the support of the citizens of Ukraine!

With the support of the German University Hochschule Anhalt, the administration of ONPU and KPI, as well as members of the Digital Agency BeSale team, more than 30 students and their family members were brought to Köthen on the territory of Anhalt University. Article on this topic CLICK.

Our team doesn’t stop!

We want to keep helping students!

Male students are required by law to stay in Ukraine and do not have the right to leave Ukraine in connection with the announced general mobilization.

At the same time, most students are not drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to the lack of necessity.

In order to provide an opportunity to earn money for students who find themselves in a difficult financial situation, we have decided to launch the project “Support for IT students in Ukraine”.

The main objective of the project: material support for students based on the provision of a job at the Digital BeSale agency.

Why our agency: our team is 80% students, we cooperate with 3 universities Anhalt, KPI and ONPU.

What the agency provides: training of students, specialists, coordinators, organizational part, financial payments.

What is required for the full launch of the project: the availability of orders for the services of the Digital BeSale agency.

How partners can help:

  • directly help to find orders;
  • post information about the project on social networks;
  • provide advice on the project.

EVACUATION OF STUDENTS AND FAMILIES FROM UKRAINE

The German University Hochschule Anhalt provided assistance to students of Ukrainian universities ONPU and KPI, as well as their relatives.

The refugees traveled from Kyiv and Odessa. The most dangerous route was from Kyiv, as the capital and its suburbs are constantly shelled. The Odessa part of the group traveled by evacuation train to Uzhgorod. Then students from both cities came to Slovakia. Further, students will be taken to Germany by the Anhalt University bus.

Upon arrival, students and their families will be accommodated in student residences at Anhalt University.

All members of Digital Agency BeSale express their deep gratitude to the university administrations and university coordinators:

EVACUATION OF STUDENTS

Digital BeSale.

Digital BeSale.

Чем могут помочь партнёры:

  • напрямую помогать находить заказы;
  • разместить у себя в социальных сетях информацию о проекте;
  • дать рекомендации по проекту.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND ON ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION?

Многим предпринимателям и владельцам бизнеса сложно найти баланс между чистой прибылью и Many entrepreneurs and business owners find it difficult to strike a balance between net income and ad spend. How much to spend on promoting a product or service is an individual question, depending on the niche and demand.

Promotion costs depend directly on the type of advertising chosen. More information about the types of advertising can be found here (link to “Advertising. What? Where? When?”).
The most expensive and least effective advertising is the media and outdoor advertising. To replace them and during the prosperity of the Internet, respectively, advertising through this channel leads to much more target audience and a higher conversion rate. It is divided into several types, each of which has its own target orientation and effectiveness:

  • Video advertising
  • Сontextual advertising
  • SEO promotion
  • Promotion in social networks

To understand how much you need to spend on advertising, first you need to decide on its type and purpose. And for this you need to conduct a thorough analysis of the market and target audience.

HOW TO DEFINE THE MOST EFFECTIVE TYPE OF ADVERTISING?

The most appropriate type of advertising depends on the type of business activity.

For example, the conditional owner of a store selling some product in a shopping center does not need to invest heavily in promoting his brand on social networks and other online resources. His business is aimed at a “live” buyer, so it will be more effective to hold a promotion or other type of advertising. Its cost will depend on the scale of events and the frequency of their holding.

But online stores or some kind of creative activity already simply need advertising in the Internet space. This is the only way to increase traffic to the resource, increase its awareness and attract customers and partners. But there are many means of promotion on the network, and each of them has its own nuances and it is necessary to correctly determine what exactly suits us. To do this, we need to clearly define our target audience, what they need and what they expect from us.

For example, if we have a natural cosmetics business, then the main sales channel will be an online store. And the target audience includes girls and women who take care of their beauty and health. In this case, it will be useful and effective: promotion in social networks, contextual advertising and native video advertising on order. Why? Because the target audience for the product that we offer is in the segment of mass interest and can be found on social networks and bloggers of similar subjects. That is, to determine effective ways to promote on the Internet, it is important to clearly understand who our audience is, how they think and where they spend their free time.

It is worth noting that banner advertising, due to the increase in its popularity and large-scale use on various thematic resources, has lost its effectiveness, since most users have the so-called banner blindness. Banner blindness is an effect that manifests itself in the fact that the user is so used to the banners that appear on the sites that they stop paying any attention to them, to the point that they do not even see them. Users began to pay less and less attention even to bright and attractive banners. There has also been an increase in distrust of third-party links appearing here and there. In addition, a huge number of people use ad blockers, which greatly reduced its usefulness.

Expensive but very effective are native and video ads. It’s worth starting with the fact that the return of the audience and performance is much easier to track through interactions with the publication or statistics of increased traffic to your resource directly from a trusted blog. But the main advantage is that native advertising does not try to “suck” something into the user and disappear, but presents it in an interesting, accessible and understandable manner with a description of all the advantages and disadvantages, as a review of a product from a blogger trusted by our potential buyer .

An entrepreneur can determine and choose the appropriate types of promotion on his own, after conducting a complete analysis of the market. But due to the lack of experience in promoting through the new format, some fundamental points for each type of advertising may be omitted or not taken into account. It is recommended to consult with a specialist or hire one.

HOW TO CALCULATE THE ADVERTISING BUDGET?

The marketing budget includes the costs of market and target audience research, ensuring the competitiveness of the product, informing the client about the product or service (advertising, SEO, SMM, promotions, participation in exhibitions, etc.), creating a brand image, organizing product distribution and sales network. All such activities should be included in the marketing budget.

Now advertising spending directly depends on these factors:

  1. Competition on paid channels.
    Promotion by organic methods becomes more and more difficult every year. Therefore, many newcomers to the market immediately resort to attracting paid traffic. As a result, competition is growing on this basis, marketing is becoming more complicated and the cost is growing accordingly. Moreover, both the cost of attracting through available tools and the creation of promoted content (design, copywriting).
  1. Banner blindness and ad blockers.
    Every day we all come across an incredibly huge amount of banner advertising. Increasing the concentration of this type of ads per page has led to a huge increase in competition and a decrease in the effectiveness of marketing channels. As a result, “banner blindness”, its intensification and spread to referral programs and viral content.
  1. Availability of marketing tools.
    In theory, the availability factor should reduce the cost of advertising as such, but ease of use and a low price tag have leveled the field of competition. Now everyone has access to good promotion channels, including marketers, businessmen, and bloggers; accordingly, accessibility is offset by the costs of overcoming competition.
  1. Fast competitors.
    Before, any business start-up could count on their competitors to be big, stupid, and slow. There is no more than that, since we have all become smarter and faster, and especially competitors. Now large players create special divisions that monitor the market, looking for potential competitors in order to buy them out or sweep them out of the market completely.
  1. Content overload.
    About 10-15 years ago, business competed only with boredom. The advantage was the lack of competitors and a wide variety of content, which steals the precious attention of the user. Now the flow of information is just crazy and the user has less and less free time, so everyone stops working on organic traffic and tries to buy out the consumer’s time.

Marketing spend example:

  1. Branding
    The individual design of branded product elements (from a trademark and business cards to letterheads and brochures) is needed to create a holistic image of your company among customers and partners. Do not forget that branding creates the first impression of your company, on which its success largely depends, so it is better not to save on branding.
  1. Web site
    If you just want a website, then you can create one yourself in a couple of hours by spending $100 on a domain name and hosting. But if you want your web resource to grab attention and sell products or services, as well as match the branding, hire experts to create quality work.
    Specialists will help with positioning, SEO, content and adaptation to mobile platforms, develop the structure and design, and help with site setup (security, user personal data, payment gateways, integration with social networks, etc.). Depending on the complexity of the site, individually approximate price tags are formed, you can see here.
  1. Social media
    It is not necessary to be on all sites wherever possible, since maintaining one page is not an easy task, but maintaining social networks more than 3-4 at the same time is difficult, and if the posting is kept constant, the quality of their maintenance will drop. It is better to choose a couple of social networks with the maximum concentration of the target audience and hire an SMM manager, guaranteeing regularity and quality.
  1. Content Marketing
    Any serious business requires consistent, high-quality content to drive attention, traffic, and money for your business. You can create content using:
    • Freelancers
    • Internal content department
    • Staff members create content themselves, with no specialization in     design or copywriting
    • outsourcing department

WHEN DOES OUTSOURCING BE FAVORABLE FOR A BUSINESS?

There is an opinion that outsourcing is the lot of large companies, but almost every small business outsources accounting or legal support to third-party specialists, simply without calling it outsourcing.

Outsourcing is a tool that helps a business, when used correctly, grow faster and save money.

THE MAIN REASONS FOR USE OF OUTSOURCING, WHICH CUSTOMERS CALL:

  • to optimize costs;
  • to get an influx in knowledge, competencies and scope of work;
  • the desire to get rid of non-core activities.

The owner and director of the small construction company Yunost, Sergei, has another reason to be nervous: after analyzing the economist, it became obvious that his own marketer for 13K UAH salaries do not bring the expected result: budgets for advertising campaigns are merged, new leads do not come, sales are on the handbrake, marketing costs are growing, the marketer cannot physically perform the required amount of work. This is the third marketer who does not bring results – before that there was a freelancer, then an attracted specialist on the recommendation of friends, the latter was selected as a result of the painstaking work of the HR.

Looking for a marketer for a small salary again? Another pleasure. To hammer and not to be engaged in marketing? Competitors will quickly take your share of the market pie. Hire a marketing agency? Expensive. Find a freelance marketer again? Unreliable.

Now marketing is so diverse – what kind of specialist to look for: an Internet marketer, a specialist in SMM, an advertising specialist?

Today, the work of the only marketer in the company consists of building a strategic line for business development in the market, building and developing a brand, studying consumers and analyzing the client base, developing new offers of business goods and services, working with promotion channels – the Internet, social networks and instant messengers, developing offers and advertising creatives.
One marketer cannot physically be a specialist in all areas, part of the work still has to be transferred to contractors.

As a result, marketing costs are growing; it is quite problematic to measure its effectiveness, which often causes the owners to believe that marketing is a waste of money.

Often negative experience does not allow us to objectively look at reality – modern business needs marketing not only as a source of leads and customers now, marketing cares about the future of the business, how to bring a client, so that customers know about your business and its offers.

IN WHAT CASES IS AN OUTSOURCING COMPANY USUALLY INVOLVED? FOR MARKETING THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

  • lack of a full-time marketer;
  • lack of professional experience, skills and competencies of a marketer;
  • lack of motivation or its lack of a marketer.

As a rule, the outsourcer has a staff of specialists who cover all the needs that exist in the client’s business. For marketing, this is a classic marketer, Internet marketer, contextologist, targetologist, SMM specialist, copywriter, brand manager, programmer for creating landing pages or website support, designer.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES A BUSINESS GET BY USING OUTSOURCING MARKETING:

  • business and manager can focus on their core business;
  • reduction of costs associated with the workplace of a marketer /taxes and fees, organization of a workplace, purchase of specialized software/;
  • lack of dependence on diseases or dismissal of a full-time specialist;
  • the use of highly qualified specialists with extensive work experience, hiring which individually would be too expensive or not rational;
  • using the experience of a company providing services in the field of work for other companies, that is, the opportunity to learn from your service provider;
  • flexible response to changes in the market;
  • increasing business profitability, as outsourcing reduces the cost of maintaining business processes;
  • introduction of advanced technologies through an outsourcing company;
  • increasing the competitiveness of a company using the services of an outsourcer.

If the business does not have plans to develop intensively or the competition in the market is very moderate, outsourcing may not be a justified measure.

Besale digital agency is ready to help identify your business’s marketing needs and provide a team of professionals to solve business problems.

OUTSOURCING CAN BRING COMPANIES SIGNIFICANT AND NUMEROUS BENEFITS:

  • reduced investment in non-core funds;
  • focus on core business;
  • reducing the cost of creating and maintaining jobs;
  • no dependence on illness or dismissal of workers;
  • the use of highly qualified specialists with extensive work experience, whose hiring would be too expensive or not rational;
  • using the rich experience of the company providing services in the field of work for other companies, that is, the opportunity for the organization to learn from its service provider;
  • flexible response to changes in the market and within the company (reorganization, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions);
  • increasing business profitability, as outsourcing reduces the cost of maintaining business processes;
  • introduction of advanced technologies through a specialized outsourcing company;
  • increasing the competitiveness of a company using the services of an outsourcer.

WHY COMPANIES REFUSE OUTSOURCING?

The most common reasons for not outsourcing are:

  • the danger of outsourcing too many important functions;
  • the threat of separation of the leadership from business practice;
  • training foreign specialists instead of their own.

WHO IS BENEFIT FROM MARKETING OUTSOURCING:

Marketing outsourcing is beneficial for anyone who wants to save money and receive high-quality marketing from the best specialists in the professional field.

The benefits of outsourcing marketing will be to the first managers and business owners – this will remove the operational burden from them, freeing up time that they can devote to more global and important things.

All organizations experiencing problems such as:

  • lack of marketing staff;
  • lack of professional experience, skills and competencies;
  • low motivation of marketers – will benefit from the transfer of marketing to outsourcing.

ADVERTISING. HOW? WHERE? WHEN?

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

Marketing is a promotion process during which many tools are used to attract the target audience. And Advertising is also one of the marketing tools that help to distribute the product to the target audience. Marketing, on the other hand, includes market research, defining a portrait of your target audience and analyzing its needs, preferences, and purchasing habits.

WHY ADVERTISING ON THE WEB SPACE WORKS BETTER THAN OFFLINE?

Nowadays, there is an obvious overabundance of advertising, especially if you take into account outdoor advertising or television advertising, where they absolutely do not think about its relevance and usefulness to the user and shove everything that is possible wherever possible. The Internet first studies its user and then offers him the most useful advertising for him. That is, in the Internet space, it is much easier to get targeted traffic to your site and get conversions much easier than suffering from outdoor advertising, which everyone ignores up and down.

ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET CAN BE DIFFERENT:

  • Search marketing. First of all, when searching for a solution, the user enters his query into the search box, after which he views the first page with offers. Good results can be achieved in 2 ways:
  • SEO optimization works by optimizing the text and usefulness of the information on the page.
  • Contextual advertising is a paid option that requires setting up in third-party services such as Google AdWords, which places your ad in high positions in the search results.
  • Advertising in social networks or Target is an advertisement in the feed of a social network, initially aimed at an audience formed according to the parameters you pre-set, which means that your ad will be seen by people who are most likely interested in your product. [Text wrapping break]
  • Email-mailing – mass mailing of advertisements by e-mail. The least intrusive advertising channel, since customers voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter to receive newsletters and promotional materials, which they can unsubscribe at any time.

ADVANTAGES ON THE INTERNET:

  • Price.
    The cost of displaying online advertising depends more on competition, but with the right settings, advertising can consistently work for you, bringing good results with little spending. Online advertising, and social media in particular, provides advertisers with an affordable means of promotion.
  • Interactivity.
    You can promote images, videos, texts, audio, links while ads allow users to enter queries or follow you on social networks.
  • Measurability.
    Online advertisers may collect data about the performance of their ads, such as the size of the potential audience or the audience’s actual response, how the visitor reached their ad, whether the ad resulted in a sale, and whether the ad was actually loaded in the visitor’s field of view.
  • Targeting.
    Advertisers can reach custom and narrow market segments for targeted advertising. That is, independently configure who will be shown ads.
  • Coverage.
    Internet advertising covers any market

DISADVANTAGES OF ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET:

  • High competition.
    The market on the Internet is very large, given its ease of use and the benefits that advertising brings. On this basis, a lot of competition has formed, which must be able to bypass.
  • The cost of mistakes.
    Following the competition, the price for a mistake is also growing, with the incompetence of a specialist who sets up and conducts advertising. Some unaccounted for factors can lead to the fact that the allocated budget will be merged into oblivion.
  • Privacy issues.
    Recently, users have been very concerned about the collection of information by the system and how this information will be used and so on.

HOW TO INCREASE SALES WITH THE HELP OF INTERNET RESOURCES?

The most important thing in any business is the ability to sell.

It is difficult to disagree with this statement, since the ability to sell is a complex skill, depending on many factors, ranging from innate talent to the situation on the market. We will consider the main and slightly less significant points so that you can independently conduct a mini-audit of your business, correct errors and take into account unaccounted factors.

PRICE AND SOLVENCY OF THE TARGET AUDIENCE.

When setting the price for a product or service, an entrepreneur should take into account the solvency of his customers. No matter how high-quality the product is, if the client does not have money to buy it, the transaction will not take place. It is always worthwhile for a business to study how the proposed price matches the capabilities of each customer segment. Opportunities to buy a lonely pensioner and a successful businessman differ significantly. In addition, the client’s solvency largely depends on the external circumstances in which the client lives – apartment renovation can be postponed if the client has lost his job.

For example, during a pandemic, many businesses suffered losses due to a decrease in the solvency of their customers. Being observant and understanding the behavior of your audience will help you build the right pricing strategy to generate enough profit. You should not neglect the study of your customers, since such ignorance can “beat off” your buyer.

NICHE AND DEMAND.

Each entrepreneur must have a deep knowledge of the commodity or product niche in which he works. Each niche has restrictions on the number of consumers, the time frame of activity.

We all have common needs for food, the need to travel and dress. These needs are met by businesses that belong to broad niches (supermarkets, clothing stores, public transport, etc.). Narrower niches are parts of broader niches that cater to the more specialized needs of the consumer: you can buy groceries in the supermarket, but for example, you have to buy a rare variety of tea in a specialty store. Knowing the boundaries of your niche will allow the business to form the most adequate price offer for the buyer.

MAKE YOU KNOW AND TIME FOR SALES.

In most niches, there are low and high seasons when demand can differ significantly. The demand for this or that product increases in a certain season, like boots in winter or bathing suits in summer. To understand when the high season is coming, you need to carefully monitor the market and study the statistics of past years in advance.

Do not forget about the holidays, because during this period people buy gifts for their loved ones, colleagues and friends. It is possible and necessary to arrange events, promotions and sales before the holidays to increase audience coverage and increase sales.

IF YOU ARE NOT ONLINE YET, WHERE TO START SELLING?

The Internet is the first place people go to find solutions to their problems, desires and needs. Therefore, missing out on such a vast and profitable sales channel is not a good idea. Even if your business is limited by geographic location, this does not mean that the Internet will not bring results. Moreover, it will be much easier for the client to find you through geosearch on maps or advertising than through word of mouth.

THE SIMPEST RESOURCE – SOCIAL NETWORKS

Instagram or Facebook will help you make a presentation of your business at minimal cost.

Instagram is used where the visual perception of sales is a priority in purchasing a product. For example: beauty sphere, handmade goods, jewelry, clothes, etc.

Facebook has a huge functionality for business and its promotion, it is more suitable for creating an image, branding and large-scale promotion.

Pros of social networks:

  • Large coverage of the target audience;
  • Simple provision of a complete catalog of goods or services;
  • Free use of the resource;
  • A great way to get consumer feedback. It will be easier for you to understand your target audience based on their interactions with the content;
  • Easy start and use.

The disadvantages:

  • Intense competition;
  • Maintaining a page or store takes a lot of time if you do not delegate this work to an SMM manager.

Social networks are a good tool for attracting new customers, increasing audience loyalty and retention. They will certainly bring good results to the business with the right choice of strategy and methodical work for the result. Social networks are not a passive sales channel, leaving everything to chance and getting sales will not work.

WEBSITE

Your own resource in the online space, which you completely create, choosing a management system and functionality that is convenient for you, and control in the future.

A little about what sites are and what they are used for.

A landing page is a landing page dedicated to a specific product, service, or small business. The absence of additional products or sections on the site allows the site visitor to focus on the most important, and this, in turn, helps to increase the conversion and purchase of the product.

The main purpose of creating a landing page is to sell one product or service. Sometimes it can be representing a small business, testing business hypotheses, collecting information about the target audience in exchange for bonuses (discounts, promotions, etc.).

Pros:

  • concentrates the user’s attention;
  • increases conversion to sale;
  • speed of creation;
  • fast page loading, even in slow Internet conditions;
  • low cost.

The disadvantages:

  • limited sales. With the help of a landing page, it will not be possible to sell a large assortment of goods, services or a complex product;
  • focusing on a specific product complicates branding.

A corporate website is a business tool that expands the company’s capabilities, simplifies the work of employees and ensures the comfort of use for your client.

With the help of a corporate website, the image of the company is formed, sales increase, the client and partner base expands, and it becomes easier to familiarize the target audience with information about the company and products.

Pros

  • maximum awareness
  • business process optimization
  • sale of a large number of services
  • branding

The disadvantages:

  • the need to maintain up-to-date information /usually there is not enough time for this/.

But with the right choice of a specialist, you will never encounter such a problem.

Online stores allow you to organize the sale of a large number of goods, increase the number of buyers and sales. If an ordinary store needs a place of sale, showcases, price tags, sellers and consultants, which entails a large number of fixed costs, then the online store takes on all these obligations.

The functionality of the online store allows you to:

  • sell at any time of the day
  • maintain a warehouse accounting system
  • get paid online

An online store is the ideal solution for retail.

All described sales channels give results with proper organization and competent work.

The BeSale agency has been promoting business and supporting it for several years. Our experts will be happy to help solve sales problems and take your business to the next level. You can get a free consultation from us by leaving your contact details in the application.

CUSTOMER TRUST: HOW TO WIN AND KEEP?

There are sales, but they are expensive?

In a situation where attracting a customer is not a problem, but they do not bring enough profit, there are a couple of solutions: increase prices or return and increase organic traffic to your product through recommendations from your customers.
Having such a problem is the best solution and will increase trust and loyalty to you.

Довольный клиент – не просто моральное удовлетворение и работа на чистоту совести, а деньги,

A satisfied client is not just moral satisfaction and work in good conscience, but money, net profit. You can make fabulous investments in promotion, packaging and advertising, but if staff mistakes are made, deadlines are missed and the client does not feel valued, he will not return to you a second time and will not recommend you to his friends.
Remember, if a client makes a deal with us again, our profit increases several times! And this applies to absolutely any company, any niche or category.

STAGES OF THE ORIGIN OF LOYALTY:

1 – FIRST VISIT:

A person comes to you for the first time on the recommendation of friends, or he just saw targeted or contextual advertising, or maybe he just looked at you along the way.
The user studies your product and forms an opinion about the service. Then there are three options for the development of events:

  • Buys nothing;
    the most likely, but this does not mean that the client is irretrievably missed. Perhaps the product is not critically needed for him, and he will return, deciding that your offer is better than that of competitors.
  • Postponed the purchase for later;
     often ends up in nothing. If a visitor does not want to buy from you right now, it is likely that he will never do this: he will forget, go to competitors, change his mind.
  • Buying right now.
    In this case, there is a chance to get a loyal customer. The next step will be decisive.

2FIRST DEAL:

The key point that determines whether the buyer will return to you. First of all, it depends on the quality of the product and whether the person’s expectations match the type of deal you are giving them.

Obviously, any transaction is an exchange, and how you conduct this exchange will affect whether the client becomes your regular, whether he will be satisfied with the quality of the product or service. All of these are direct factors influencing your customer lifetime value determinations.

TYPES OF EXCHANGE – WHAT IS IT AND WHAT ARE THEY?

  • Partial exchange – the product or service you provide partially does not meet the client’s expectation and what he expected to receive. Insufficient quality performance, service, little attention paid to the client, and so on. When conducting an exchange of this format, you lose a client and personally give it to your competitors.
  • An equal exchange – everything that you provide to your client fully meets the client’s expectations. In this case, you earn by multiplying, because you do not spend money on attracting customers and open a new channel “Recommendations”
  • Exceeding exchange – the client receives more than he originally expected. The received bonuses cause not just satisfaction, but additional pleasure.

From a rational point of view, the exchange is lower than an equivalent exchange – wasted money, time and effort to attract. If this happens to you, you definitely lose your profit.

3 – REPEATED VISITS:

When the expectations of the transaction are satisfied, the client is more likely to come to you again. Try to keep him with promotions and interesting offers, pay attention to him so that he feels your care. Then the client will begin to distinguish you from similar firms.

4 – ATTENDANCE:

We have not won customer loyalty yet, but we are close. He already knows about us, he is confident in the ratio of quality to price, which suits him. The client is no longer looking for competitors and does not compare products, to become a regular customer of our company.

5 – LOYALTY:

If a client has been using the company’s products for a long time, he is satisfied with everything and there is an emotional attachment, then he moves into the category of loyal ones and prefers a particular company to everyone else.

HOW TO DEFINE THE QUALITY OF LOYALTY?

A crisis for business can play a good indicator. In a crisis, people’s consumer preferences change, because the majority of them have less money in their wallets. In this position, people choose more carefully where to spend their money. They begin to ask themselves questions: “Why this particular service, this place, this product?” Is it really necessary?

During this period, it is important to understand what customers expect from a transaction with you and how to provide it to them. Find out what he’s willing to pay for. Then, you can get additional customers due to the fact that they become less loyal, their preferences change: they look at other signs, lean towards other brands and companies.

If during a crisis your competitors’ sales are collapsing, this does not mean at all that your business is waiting too. These circumstances can turn into growth for you, as this is the most favorable environment for poaching consumers from competitors.
